Adam and Eve
Most people, when they hear the word “genesis” automatically think of the bible. This dance depicts Adam and Eve and how when God brought them into the world, they were trying to find their way around this new world and start a life together.
Evolution
In the beginning of this video it shows many people acting as one person evolving and coming into the world almost. Its like a creature beign exposed to the Earth and how it takes a few minutes for them to adjust. Throughout the rest of the video it shows how somethings impact eachother to cause another impact sort of like the butterfly or ripple effect.
Pilobolus
This dance depicts two people almost merging as one in life and spirit. Sort of like Adam and Eve and how they have to work together to get things accomplished and create an entire civilization.
